Horrible follow up! They coach you thru you satisfaction email for good ratings then for get about you. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to pick up new truck. Everything was great except for last minute communications. Lecreasha, sent me a text the morning of the appointment to confirm, however, I missed the text and when I did answer, she told me I communications. Lecreasha, sent me a text the morning of the appointment to confirm, however, I missed the text and when I did answer, she told me I was to late to keep my original time slot for the pick up of my auto. I was very upset as it took me several weeks to get this appointment. I received a email confirmation the day before reminding me of the appointment and asked if I needed to change it I could do so - no response meant I was good to keep the appointment. If a text or verbal confirmation is needed, I highly recommend it is done the day prior. She did call me back and I was able to at least keep the same day. More
