I totaled my car and was in the market for a new one. Paul was recommended to me by a co-worker. Unable to drive, Paul picked me up from home and took me to look at vehicles. Rock River Ford Is Awesome My birthday was March 2, 2018. Lindsay knew it was my birthday and I had no car all day, because we couldn't afford the rental deposit. The porter was My birthday was March 2, 2018. Lindsay knew it was my birthday and I had no car all day, because we couldn't afford the rental deposit. The porter was great to us and when I arrived back at the service department Lindsay and Matthew were all smiles. Lindsay hugged me hard and gave me a brownie and told me happy birthday. Great Experience I went into Rock River Kia, not knowing I was going to leave with a brand new car. Paul Lepien helped me look around with cars the first day I went and he was very helpful and makes you feel comfortable. Mitch Edler was also a great sales consultant and helped my family and I tremendously the day I got my car. I got exactly what I wanted and they worked with us. We even ended up getting a car for my mom a few weeks after as well since we liked their customer service so much. I highly recommend Rock River Kia. More
