Paul Owens at Premier Toyota Scion

The experience of buying a new car at Premier was good. We were treated with respect with no pressure. All of our questions were considered and answered satisfactorily. The car we picked was available and awesome.

They were friendly and efficient. We would consider going back for a new car. The finance department was very expedient with giving us a complete run down on our choices of financing, and we feel it was the best option for us. As for the salesman he seemed well informed and was honest.

My wife Shirley and I visited a Dealer to find a replacement vehicle for our 2000 model G.M. sedan. After checking a few new models, we were not happy with the choices and decided to stop at Premier Toyota, which is just a few minutes from our home. We checked the 2012 CAMRY and were impressed with the total car except there was no color that we liked. As we entered the showroom, Paul Owens approached us an introduced himself. From then on we were given a chance to check several other models and drive a few. As we were about to leave and review our brochures at
home, we saw an Avalon in Cocoa Bean metellic brown. We drove it and Shirley loved it! After considerable negotiation we bought it.
Throughout the experience, Paul provided for our every question or concern. Then it was over to Dave Weaver for the financial aspects and he was great! We bought the Auto Butler and Extended Warranty and all paperwork was done very quickly. We picked up the car and Paul did a fine job explaining every aspect of operation, even volunteered to set my radio and garage door opener.

We are entirely happy with our new car and the theoverall experience with the Premier Amherst Organization.

When the service estimate turned out to be quite a bit more than expected, Paul Owens, took me through the cars they had in stock in my price range. Stayed late when I decided to purchase a car that evening, transfered the items from one car to the next, showed me how several of the new features worked and lot of little extras too. The rest of the team was very helpful too. Their facility is super clean and has a friendly waiting area for service with lots of amentities including wifi.

I just recently purchased a 2008 Tacoma and Paul Owens was the Product Specialist that helped me with not only the selection, but with the final purchase. Paul was extremely helpful in describing the oprions on the truck along with information on warranty. After some due diligent negotiating, he and the staff made the purchase an easy transition from my old vehicle to the new one. Paul made sure all the personal items in my old vehicle made it to the Tacoma safe and secure. Thanks Paul for a pleasant and helpful purchase.

Paul Owens was very helpful in helping me find a new truck that fits my needs and budget. Paul took the time to answer all my questions. There was never any pressure to buy or rush. Paul made sure I was happy with the truck and that it is what I wanted. Paul worked with me in all areas to help make sure buying my truck was a good experience. The staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Everyone at Premier Toyota made buying a truck a pleasant one. My wife and I bought a Toyota Corolla and were also happy with the staff and service. I closing I would like to say that with a staff like Paul and all the others I dealt with I feel Premier is a A+ Dealership.
I would like to that Paul Owens for his time. Also all the staff who took the time introduce themselves to me.
