Great experience. Paul Robbins was excellent. Sales manager and Finance Manager were also fantatsic to work with. When I came in I wasnt even sure I wanted another BMW. I was determined to work out a mutual deal which would satisfy both Paul, Mike, and myself. In the end, with Paul's continued perseverance, and Mike's final approval, we were able to make a deal !! Some of the sales tactics used were a bit "old school." For instance, I was informed that the car in which I showed an interest was to be shown the following morning to someone else who had made a school." I was also informed that the final price had been lowered, but that I had to make a decision soon or the car would be sold at auction. For those of use who have been around the block, these sales tactics seem silly. I am well aware that yours is not the only BMW dealership in Florida. I am also well aware that there are thousands of pre-owned Z4s for sale up and down the East Coast. Ultimately, I could have purchased my vehicle elsewhere, but I purchased it at your dealership for 3 reasons: 1. convenience: you are within 100 miles of where I live; 2. vehicle mileage to age ratio was below average; 3. Paul Robbins, my Client Advisor, is trustworthy, professional, pleasant, courteous, and a former military service member. More
