This was the best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Paul took his time to show me every thing I asked about and then made me a great offer. Everything about the purchase was great even down to the financing discussion that included a menu approach without pressure to take alot of extras. This is a great way to do business. Also the team spent quality time training me on my new purchase before I left the dealership. Not only do I have a super BMW car now that I absolutely love, but I also have a team of guys that I know will help me anytime I have a question about anything. From the first time we entered the Braman BMW showroom in Jupiter,we were treated like intelligent human beings. Paul Robbins met us as we walked in and quickly sized up what our needs were. There was no pre Jupiter,we were treated like intelligent human beings. Paul Robbins met us as we walked in and quickly sized up what our needs were. There was no pressure to "upsize" or go new vs used. We originally looked at late model used, and were ok with one or two in our price range. as an alternative, Mr Robbins showed us a new car that met all of our requirements and was still within our price range.( used cars we looked at met 75 to 80% of our needs).We drove both used and new and had no pressure to go either way. Actually the process took two plus days for us to evaluate price vs car features. It was our decision all the way with Mr Robbins supplying the options.In between the first visit,and our purchase, we visited two other car dealerships to judge our coming decision.It was very enlightening that the service was not as high as Braman (Paul Robbins)and the push to buy was quite high even though we said we were just looking.I rate Braman tops if all their sales people are as good as Paul Robbins. More
