Purchased 2019 Toyota Camry LE from Paul Smith. I was very pleased with the staff of Conicelli Toyota when I purchased my new car on Wednesday. First, Paul told me that my car was 'on the truck' Wednesday morning and needed to be prepped. That was done, when I arrived at 3pm. With help from Michael Shulski and Pete Pappas, Paul answered all my questions about options to finance the car. Tony Soto helped me navigate all the paper work, as I signed on the 'dotted line.' It was a very speedy process. Finally, Paul sat with me until he showed me how all the new features worked, and set up the Bluetooth with my phone. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2019 Camry, and could not be happier. More

He always kept eye contact and kept smiling when he introduced me to Paul Smith. Paul was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle (which I had never done in my life!). While I was nervous and apprehensive, Paul patiently explained every step in the process, he helped me choose the perfect Rav4 for me. Then he and Michael Shulski carefully worked out the "numbers" , even finding just one more bonus incentive that put the monthly payments comfortably in our budget. I never felt pressured and always felt that I was very appreciated. Indeed this is the beginning of a family relationship as I plan to keep my maintenance schedule up-to-date to keep my Rav running great! More

The wait is forever and there's always a surprise, raising your cost, once you reach finance.. There was none of that at Conicelli. They came to us with their best deal, found the car I wanted, were respectful of my time and their were no surprises at the end of the process. I would definitely go back to Conicelli for my next car and would recommend them to anyone. More

He takes extra time, even after purchase to make sure he explains all the features on the car so we completely understand them. One of the most important pieces of info he gave us on our 2nd car, was to look behind the car before backing up, even though we had a back up mirror. I can't number the times this piece of info saved a potential problem! We know when we've made our decision on a car at Conicelli, we've been given the best deal, the dealership stands behind its reputation of an honest and" nice place to do business", especially with a salesperson like Paul! More
