Terrible experience for the first time in 5 years. Went for an oil change. Turned down 100k service. Since I️ was just at 98k. 2 hour wait and was told they broke my locking lug nut. They then replace Went for an oil change. Turned down 100k service. Since I️ was just at 98k. 2 hour wait and was told they broke my locking lug nut. They then replaced all of my locking nuts with regular lug nuts and charged me for everyone one. There was also significant damage to the rim where you could assume they struggled to get the locking nut off. Provided pictures to service manager and received no response. Oil change service cost significantly increased from last oil change in April 1st. Was charged $330 for damage that I was forced to pay and the oil change/tire rotation. Oil change/tire rotation on April 1st was $153. Was told it was due to engine recall. Which was also in effect on April 1st. I️ have not had my Escalade serviced anywhere else. Never questioned a price or any of the service. This experience was ridiculous. $334 for an oil change. Lost my locking nuts and left with damage to my rim. Service manager hear me complaining. Never left the office nor returned my email. I was also ind discussions to purchase new Escalade. Will not be doing any future business with this dealership. More

Very nice and clean dealership, friendly service, but I’m not looking for friendly. I’m looking to have problems resolved with my vehicle. Each time I left with the same problem still existing even after I’m not looking for friendly. I’m looking to have problems resolved with my vehicle. Each time I left with the same problem still existing even after spending $600 I asked to check out a light. He told me it was all set and it wasn’t. I had an oil change done and when I left my oil still red 40%.I had an oil change done and when I left my oil still red 40% so I had to make another appointment. I asked to have wiper fluid check still not working. Ask to have brake sensor replace still not replaced. They’re just not thorough about fixing issues but the quick to add cost and I still left the same way I came. It doesn’t feel right and it’s not right. More
