Service One Would Hope For. I've been a customer for many years and I have always had the service I would wish for. My first Honda lived for 13 years with only one major problem, I've been a customer for many years and I have always had the service I would wish for. My first Honda lived for 13 years with only one major problem, and the staff took care of it in the most professional manner and a determination to make sure I was happy. That car expired rather unexpectedly, and required immediate replacement. The staff worked with me to make sure I was completely happy with the new car, and I appreciate their help very much indeed. More

not happy with service I had an appointment today at 2:00 to replace a visor which I pre-ordered and balance my tires. After 90 minutes I was told it would be another 30 mi I had an appointment today at 2:00 to replace a visor which I pre-ordered and balance my tires. After 90 minutes I was told it would be another 30 mintues to get my tires balanced. I made an appointment so that I would not have to wait. Not a happy customer! More

My wife and I weren't really in the market for a new car, but our 2002 Accord was getting some miles, and the paint was in bad shape (typical older Honda paint problems) so we decided to see what we could ge but our 2002 Accord was getting some miles, and the paint was in bad shape (typical older Honda paint problems) so we decided to see what we could get for it. We settled on a 2012 Civic EX and were able to get what we thought was fair for our trade. We bought the Civic and have been very pleased with it so far. I was pleased with the sales and service staff (especially Paula in Service, she's great!) and felt like they have taken good care of us. I am sure it's tough for car dealerships to make people feel like they can be trusted with all of the bad apples out there. Make sure you know what you want, what it's worth, and stick to what you know is right and fair and you'll find Honda Cars of Columbia a good place to do business. They go the extra mile in making sure you are well taken care of and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

The service I received from Paula was great. A part(valve) had to be ordered and I was called with a scheduled appointment once the part was received (1-2 days as promised). Paula was very professional and the service was completed timely. She also found a brake light burned out of which I was unaware. They were very fast and friendly. I did not expect my vehicle to be ready until at least 5:00. It was done by 3:30 and Paula called to let me know. The bill was just under what I was quoted.
