Lost car for 45 minutes. Came in for brake fluid and oil change. Additional recall had to be installed and part required (not in stock). Found out Id need loaner car after waiting an hour and half. Returned 2 days later with loaner car. Waited 5 minutes, no one came, I left loaner car keys in car and went to cashier. Cashier had me sign some papers for service and called for my car to be brought up. Approx 3PM. Asked again after waiting for 10 minutes. She called again for car to be brought up. I again waited for car. This time for 15 minutes in front of some of the service advisers. My service adviser Kevin mentioned the survey and Anna behind us would be checking. Well, I mentioned to him, if I could leave the service center with my car I would.. However, my car was not brought up ( it was lost and found by some delivery cars or something), 45 minutes. BTW- I was shopping for a replacement X3 but ...this was not a bright moment for Prestige BMW (this would be my 4th car from a Prestige dealership.I also would have been in the market for the new Z4 or 5 whichever name they choose. But I have to tell you, I did not have a great experience with sales nor this service mishap. As far as sales, I really hate the back and forth. Give me your best shot, and if the price is OK (not necessarily the cheapest but fair to keep me as a customer.. 2k off MSRP, lol. so, not only a X3 sale but a Z4 sale also. More

Z4 Purchase Loyal BMW owners. Went in to discuss turning in leased 528 and knew the Z4 had come in. Only one around so decided to lease it. Pedro made it an easy Loyal BMW owners. Dwayne explained all the car features to 2 very technology challenged adults in the simplest and patient way! Great experience! Highly recommend! Our sales representative Pedro was lovely to work with. His direct, honest, and not pushy sales approach was refreshing. He found us the exact vehicle in the price range we were looking for. Pedro was very knowledgable, made us feel comfortable, and gave us a great deal! Our BMW Genius Dwayne gave us a comprehensive and informative tutorial of the vehicle's capabilities. Dwayne was fantastic to work with. Our finance manager Rob was very professional. We signed all our papers and left with our new lease in a timely manner. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful in setting us up with the perfect sales representative and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Overall, I had a great experience at BMW of Ramsey and highly recommend this location! More
