I was disappointed with receiving the vehicle. I expected the vehicle to be detailed, especially the interior. I expected Niello to do better than how I was treated. I purchased a 2021 Bronco that I really wish that I could have kept but in the end I’m glad I returned it. When I came to Niello with my trade the g I purchased a 2021 Bronco that I really wish that I could have kept but in the end I’m glad I returned it. When I came to Niello with my trade the general sales manager Gary was all smiles and really wanted my 2017 4Runner he stated we are all family and he would take care of us. Yana was quick to have me signing papers even though I was still unsure of my decision, I felt pressured and rushed. As time went on in the day at the dealership and I had to think about my decision i ultimately decided I needed to go home and think about the decision. Gary had a whole different demeanor and was not all smiles and happy when I was leaving, he chased me out with a higher offer on my 4Runner which I took home with me and still had to think about my choice. I thought about it for a day and finally made a decision to get the Bronco. I called Yana and let her know that I was going to purchase the Bronco and she came in to assist me but she seem so inconvenienced by my requests to have my baby camera and dash camera taken off my trade and returned back to me and said “what other hurdles do we have to jump through” but after she made the sale she never contacted me about my cameras and when the Bronco started having problems she seemed to always be off or she would text saying she will confirm with someone else but never got back to me. Ultimately I asked her to provide me with a phone number of someone who could help me because she was useless. On day 4 of the Bronco being in our possession I get in and notice the stereo screen went black out of nowhere and stopped playing music along with taking forever to load and apple CarPlay was disconnecting multiple times, along with the fog lights not working. We also had a due bill to fix the front bumper, the tire balancing and to also remove my cameras from my trade. I never received a call on setting up an appointment for the due bill even though I asked Yana about 2 days after I purchased the Bronco on a Saturday and she stated she would ask the used car manager on Monday but never got back to me. So after no help from Yana about the fog lights or the stereo going black she refers me to Gary the general sales manager who said in the beginning that we are all family so I would think he would treat me a little better. I text Gary on Tuesday about my issue in the afternoon and I’ve had the Bronco for 5 days now, he tells me that he will look into it and I texted him around 2 pm that day, he said he called Ford and he would let me know more once he finds out more information. I wanted to have the problems looked at and addressed before my 7 day return window was up but he was just dragging his feet, an hour went by and I asked if I’ll be getting an update today or the next day to which he responds tomorrow since he’s leaving for the day. The next day he calls me at 9 to ask for a picture of my grill because his friend at Ford needs to see if the fog lights are aftermarket or factory so I text him the picture and 2 videos of the stereo going black and not connecting. I don’t get anything back for 2 hours so at this point I’m frustrated so I texted him that my return window is close and I have all these problems that aren’t being addressed in a timely manner to which he replies he wants to put me in a loaner car so he can have niello techs look at it. I reply that I want to take it to Elk Grove ford to have it looked at instead because it’s closer to me and it’s a Ford, Gary was reluctant and would rather have my return time run out while sitting on Acuras lot being checked by techs that don’t work on Fords, but before he was checking with Ford and calling Ford so why he couldn’t step up to schedule me an appointment to have it checked is beyond me, I had to schedule an appointment with Ford and pay 410 dollars to have the factory fog lights fixed and have the electrical checked. Acura reimbursed me the 410. Terrible car buying experience. More
