The Place That Treats You Right My over all experience from 1 to 5. 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. I would have to give Parks Chevrolet a 4.5.. New truck purchase Sales staff was excellent. Pete Farinas was awesome and worked hard to find the right vehicle (I was very picky in what I wanted) and based on how har Sales staff was excellent. Pete Farinas was awesome and worked hard to find the right vehicle (I was very picky in what I wanted) and based on how hard Pete worked and made sure he found what I wanted the rating would be a 5 on the sales staff. I rated a 4 because it did take several days of negotiating on price with the management, which is totally unnecessary and drives me crazy, but this was better than most dealership experiences related to price negotiation. The finance team also tried to sell me a bunch of add-ons but at least it wasn't a pressure sales pitch. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend using Pete if you need a new vehicle. More

I have purchased vehicles in the past from Parks at the Lake an I had a great experience and Pete Farinas was easy to work with and was very thorough. I have purchased vehicles in the past from Parks at the Lake and would do it again and would ask for Pete to assist. Everyone we were in contact with the day we were there worked very hard to make certain we were comfortable and well taken care of. The dealership was clean and pleasant. I will be going back and I will be asking for Pete. More
