Purchase of F-150 King Ranch Keith was a pleasure to work with this am on the purchase of an F-150 from the Sunset Used Car Department. Being the day after Black Friday I was expecting it to be a Hectic experience but everyone at Sunset Ford was amazing to deal with, not rushed at all and was in and out in no time. Excellent Customer Service from Sales to Finance (Justin) and the management team(Pete). I traveled in from Denver, CO to buy another truck from them since the service and vehicles have been so good. Upgraded the 2005 King Ranch with 204k miles to a 2011 King Ranch, I am sold on these guys for life. Thank you for the Hassle Free Service Sunset Team. More

Wonderful experience Sunset Ford and Steve Lower were wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars and never have I had a company works so hard to get me what I wanted. I was as Sunset Ford and Steve Lower were wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars and never have I had a company works so hard to get me what I wanted. I was asking for almost the impossible (I knew that) and yet they were able to put it together for us. It was a pleasure doing business with everybody involved including one of the owners. Howard Wood, our Salesman did not take any short cuts through his presentation of the vehicle even though we were familiar with all the features. He set up everything from syncing our phones, pre-setting all radio stations including the Sirius Radio stations and setting our My Ford GPS. took the time to make everything right I purchased my vehicle from the used car department. Immediately after the purchase a minor issue presented itself. In the big picture, this issue w I purchased my vehicle from the used car department. Immediately after the purchase a minor issue presented itself. In the big picture, this issue was unimportant and I was able to live with it About a week later another small issue popped up. I now decided I would contact the dealership and explain the situations. Right away I received a personal call back from one of the owners, and after a couple conversations the owner made sure everything was satisfactory to my liking for both issues. I am happy with the car, but even more with the fact that the owner took it upon himself and gave the time to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Mr. Heutel. I appreciate the time you took to deal with my complaint and am very happy you were flexible in allowing me to fix the problems. More
