The first purchase was a 2013 Escape from Sunset Ford on St. Louis. The staff at both places was above and beyond excellent. Brett Bergman, I have to say is the best salesman I have met. He was pleasant,professional and very helpful. I can see why he is rated as one of the best salesmen. Mike Rich did a great job of getting us the best possible financing. Jeff Bakken was there to delivery the vehicle to us, he was very helpful with going over the options and setting up our phone. Pete Heutel, let me say how did you find so many awesome people to work for you at one location, and I thank you for your time to come out and personally talk with us while we were there buying the vehicle, that is the first time that we had an owner come out to greet us during a purchase. Jerry Edwards is fantastic, he made us feel welcome and at ease from the start and he took the time to explain all the details to us. Mike Rich is awesome, he went above and beyond to take care of us and Mike Carr is great, he took the time to go through the options with us but didn't pressure us at all. Pete took time to talk with us and work with Jerry to insure we got the best deal possible. Pete and his staff are top notch and I would highly recommend Sunset Ford to family and friends. We will be loyal customers from here on out! Oh, and by the way, I have never owned a Ford before and was not keen on buying one but after I test drove the Ford Explorer and worked with the folks at Sunset I knew this was the car and the dealership for me. A week later, my husband was jealous of my new car and decided me had to have a new truck. So, off we went back to Sunset and bought him an new Ford F-150. More

However, Jerry Edwards made it a very informative and pleasant experience. He was friendly, straight-fprward and knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer we recently purchased. He took his time and was patient in providing information on the vehicle's options. The sales crew were very friendly and the showroom was clean and very presentable. Although, the vehicle we were interested in purchasing was not at the Waterloo dealership, Jerry drove to Sunset Hills to bring it over for us. Altogether, this experience helped to change our opinion of dealerships and salesmen. More
