I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru WRX at Lexus of Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantas Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantastic sales associate. I asked Yoko if they could get the cat inside and dry it for me to inspect as I am a stickler for paint condition. Yoko agreed and when I arrived she was personally drying it in a service bay. The manager and finance lady gave me similar great experiences. No one was pushy, they wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me. I have bought dozens of cars in my life and this was the best experience I can remember. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

From the time I stepped on to the lot, I was greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. I was initially just looking at vehicles, but because of the warm welcome, I quickly knew I was going to drive a smile and amazing customer service. I was initially just looking at vehicles, but because of the warm welcome, I quickly knew I was going to drive away with the perfect vehicle for me. I happened to have my black lab, Olive with me that day, and Yoko was quick to offer Olive the opportunity to join me inside the showroom. The entire staff was welcoming to both myself and Olive that first day and thereafter. The whole experience from start to when I drove off the lot was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Lexus of Akron/Canton. I love my GX 460!! More

They tried to lowball me on my car and I did NOT accept that. Also, the lack of inventory is annoying. This dealership charged me $1,000 dollars to ship it over from another location and that is xxxxxxxx. that. Also, the lack of inventory is annoying.
