Without a doubt this was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. From start to finish the employees were attentive, friendly and not aggressive. Shopping for a new has rarely been an enjoyable process for our family, but this was #1 in our book. I was not expecting great things from Key, I thought they would be over priced, I was passing by so I stopped in and checked out a few vehicles. I checked the pricing on my smartphone and found they were rea would be over priced, I was passing by so I stopped in and checked out a few vehicles. I checked the pricing on my smartphone and found they were really close. I had been searching for a year, I was in no rush as my current vehicle was working just fine. Brandon approached us and pointed us in the right direction and showed us several vehicles meeting our criteria. We test drove a couple of vehicles, and we were still unsure so they let us take a vehicle home. We came back the nest day, and purchased a different vehicle. There were no high pressure sales, everything was laid back, The used vehicles are very clean and we found a piece of plastic trim inside the car that was broken and they replaced it, the vehicle looks like new. A pleasant experience all around, I would thoroughly recommend Key, something I would not have expected to say a week ago. I will be returning there when I need my next vehicle. More

They gave me everything I wanted the rate was low.
