First time leasing, wonderful experience! Tiffany, in internet sales referred me to Phil Esposito. This was my first time leasing and I knew little about the process but phil and Tiffany were Tiffany, in internet sales referred me to Phil Esposito. This was my first time leasing and I knew little about the process but phil and Tiffany were able to explain to me exactly how it worked and which option would be the better path for me, leasing or buying. I did not feel pressured by either of them to make a decision that night. But I was given an exceptional deal on leasing a brand new car that I could not pass up! Phil was extremely patient in letting me explore my options with different cars and let me look at several different models. It was actually a very easy and smooth experience especially as a first time lease! These two are exceptional and professional sales people and I highly recommend them! More

Worst experience ever!!!!! I leased out a Honda Accord 2015 from Freehold Honda dealer. Suddenly after I have used it for 2 months, the dealer called me saying he wanted the car I leased out a Honda Accord 2015 from Freehold Honda dealer. Suddenly after I have used it for 2 months, the dealer called me saying he wanted the car back immediately as the initially signed contract did not go through secondary to my j1 visa. Once it happened, the way they deal with you entirely changes. Without any prior notice they wanted my car ASAP. When I went to return my car, they gave me an option to finance it at a higher price. Their cancellation of my contract after 3 months is against the law. I am filing a law suit against this dealer if I have issues with getting my money back in its entirety. I lost lot of time, money and multiple trips to and fro, and dropped my credit score dealing with this WORST DEALERSHIP. Also their response to email enquiry is worst and the way they respect/treat you after cancelling the contract is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!. Strongly recommend against this dealer. I would have given them a zero star, if there was an option for it!!! More

The Service Department is a pl My wife bought a CRV from this dealership a few years ago, and she has been satisfied with all facets of its operation. The Service Department is a pleasant contrast to those of competing dealerships. This greatly influenced my decision to purchase a Honda. When I went to Phil Esposito in Sales and told him what I was looking for, he quickly found a car on the computer that matched my needs. Phil took me to inspect the car on the lot, and basically allowed it to sell itself. He did not use any pressure tactics or attempt to steer me to a more costly vehicle, but simply gave me what I asked for. I would recommend both Phil and this dealership. More
