I had a great experience at the dealership. However my only complaint is that you tie the employee's pay to what rating I give them. It makes me very uncomfortable that I have to rate them a However my only complaint is that you tie the employee's pay to what rating I give them. It makes me very uncomfortable that I have to rate them a perfect 10 otherwise their pay will be affected negatively. If anything a perfect 10 should be cause for a bonus. They should be paid a living wage based on the work that they do, not the capricious nature of customers. The service representative has no control over what the mechanics do. It is unfair and should be illegal. I think it's also reprehensible that I'm basically being guilted into giving perfect reviews because I'm being told by the employee if I don't then that will affect their pay. That is the only reasoning I'm giving a 5 star review so that the service department representative I worked with doesn't get negatively affected. This policy needs to stop. Pay your workers a fair living wage not based on customer feedback. More
