The power steering went out on my 2014 tundra with only 16k miles. I took it in and later received a phone call from mike roller informing me that warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I could not believe what he told me. That is the sole reason I purchased a new truck. I was not happy to say the least, so I filed a complaint with Toyota. They told me that they would send a Toyota representative to inspect the truck and see what the issue was. Before they could do that I later received a call from MIKE ROLLER informing me that my vehicle was complete and ready. I head to the dealership and my truck is sitting out front with nothing done to it. I then received a call from PHIL GIBBS informing me that I was the cause of the power steering going out and that I either had to pay out of pocket or it would not be fixed. I could not believe it. This service is an absolute joke. I have no idea how they are in business. I love Toyota but this representation of Toyota is pitiful. I had my truck towed to a real service dealership in Tempe and they are in the process of fixing it with no problem or hassle. I RECOMMEND ANYWHERE but here. More

Fast, easy, informative, great deals It was a fun experience financing my first car all because of this place. Phil Gibbs , the service manager is honest , professional , goes above and beyond for his customers , efficient and an asset to Avondale Toyota. Terry Pickle , the sales finance manager is also honest , pro , goes above and beyond for his customers , efficient and an asset to Avondale Toyota. Terry Pickle , the sales finance manager is also honest , professional and efficient. He works very hard to find the proper vehicle for his customers. Terry has called me twice to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. Terry is also an asset to the dealership.
