Excellent experience all around! I went in for several questions and Christian Rodemich, vehicle concierge, was incredibly informative and patient. Wonderfully patient with all my questions, all my test drives, great service all around! No pressure at any time to come to a decision. Phil was knowledgeable, patient and helpful when my wife and I came in to replace our 20 year-old minivan. We came away with a Subaru Forester (we already own a Subaru CrossTrek) and couldn't be more happy and I came in to replace our 20 year-old minivan. We came away with a Subaru Forester (we already own a Subaru CrossTrek) and couldn't be more happy with the service and extra consideration as we said goodbye to our beloved blue boat. On Phil's day off, we worked with another specialist while we test drove another vehicle and it is clear that the Glanzmann people all work together as a team. More

I bought a new (2021) Crosstrek. The sales rep, Phil, was easy to work with. I probably could have save a few bucks by haggling at another dealership but Phil was so pleasant to work with that I was hap was easy to work with. I probably could have save a few bucks by haggling at another dealership but Phil was so pleasant to work with that I was happy to give him my business. The whole buying experience was flawless. Right away I started having problems with the cars bluetooth functions. I scheduled an appointment to take the car in for service (first available appointment was for about a week from the time I called). The on site experience was a bit awkward and at the end the tech said he had never seen the issue before and he would have to get back to me. I waited over a week and was not contacted. I called for an update, was transferred to a voice mail, and never received a call back. I called again, got a person who assured me that someone would call me back, and still no follow up. Glanzmann needs to focus less on their free carwash and other superficial services, so they can get back to the basics of returning phone calls and fixing cars. More

This is our 3rd purchase from Glanzmann Subaru over the last 6 years. Phil did a great a job with his presentation and Dana the Manager was awesome in explaining the new way that cars are sold at Glanzman last 6 years. Amazing People, Great Dealership. I love this place. The people are great and the service is amazing. My salesman, Phi Hanl, was courteous, informative, not high pressure and easy to talk to. Then I went for my instructions from the concierge, Erick Taing. Wow. An hour of such patience. All this technology is new to me but Erick patiently explained everything and said I could return at any time. Best of all -- I love my Subaru. I feel very safe and protected. Great, patient folk! I came into Glanzmann Subaru a bit before Thanksgiving to get my (old) car appraised and see where my figures were at, financially speaking ... I w I came into Glanzmann Subaru a bit before Thanksgiving to get my (old) car appraised and see where my figures were at, financially speaking ... I worked with Phil Han, and his managers Keith and Rob. Everyone was so welcoming, and I am a slow mover with big decisions and let them know that ahead of time, and not once did anyone at Glanzmann make me feel pressured to get a car right away or make a decision right at the moment. I didn't feel like I was at your typical car dealership. Very relaxed, conversational ... just good people all around. They worked with my trade-in, we got the numbers perfect, and I ended up getting my first (but not last!) Subaru Crosstrek. I really felt comfortable with Glanzmann, even in the financial aspect ... I worked with Becky and she was so friendly and informative about everything having to with the financial aspects, and warranties. I am extraordinarily grateful to them for that! Everything was smooth, friendly and very professional. Thanks, everyone!! More
