Since we have always dealt with eastern dealerships and have never been totally happy in our buying experiences we chose to visit Jaguar of Peoria. We drove over 10 hours to look at the Jaguar and bought the vehicle because it met our needs ,but more importantly the sales team at Jaguar of Peoria was outstanding. They quickly assessed our needs and made it possible to finalize a sale within an hour. The total sales process was enjoyable instead of painful. At the end of the day we both had a deal we could be happy with. Aaron and Phil were outstanding to deal with...I would recommend them to anyone, near or far,who is interested in purchasing a Jaguar or Land Rover. More

Quality experience at Jaguar Land Rover- Peoria Drove to Jaguar Land Rover- Peoria from Champaign, IL because the Jaguar I bought from my son-in-law needed repaired\ service. I worked with Doug in Drove to Jaguar Land Rover- Peoria from Champaign, IL because the Jaguar I bought from my son-in-law needed repaired\ service. I worked with Doug in the service department and he was great. While I was there I asked to drive a car on their lot that I had been looking at on Jaguar of Peoria's website. Loved the car and asked them to give me a trade in amount on my car (getting serviced) and a second car I owned. Bottom line is I drove home in the new car. One of the staff rode home with me and drove the second car I traded back to the dealership. Could not have been handled any easier or better. I worked with Phil Lundquist and Janet Reist who were straight forward, a pleasure to work with, and upbeat and positive. Sometimes when buying a car it is not a positive experience - that was NOT the case with my experience at Jaguar Land Rover -Peoria. Great place and people to buy a car from! More

Janet met us at the car and told us all of the details as well as showed us how to use certain features. After explaining all the bells and whistles, we took it for a test drive. Came back and worked out a deal. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly. Made sure we were very well taken care of during the whole process. We felt very comfortable and knew we were in good hands with this dealership. Bonus was before handing over the keys, they detailed the vehicle and filled the tank! More

Out of town used car purchaser We were looking for a Land Rover Evoque, there were none in our area (St. Louis) that we wanted, but found one at Land Rover Peoria. Since they were over 3 hours away I didn't want to drive that far just to test drive and then negotiate a price. The salesman gave us a very detailed description verbally along with photos (posted on their site). We then also agreed on a price (over a series of calls). We then agreed to purchase the vehicle. When we arrived all was as described, most of the paperwork was prepared. They went over the vehicle in great detail, it was detailed to the max and presented like a new car. Also spent about an hour training us on the specifics of the car, syncing our phones and making sure we left with no questions. One of the best car purchase experiences I've had. Just a straight forward transaction. No surprises, no changes, no misinformation! It was worth the drive and would buy from them again. They were very professional and honest. Thanks More
