Gary Grabko 2020 Pathfinder Purchase Phil Trovato with some help from Kirk Rose were the best to work with. They were fair and I felt like I could trust them. Phil and Kirk also helped me understand the operation of the vehicles I have purchased. I have been going to Eden Prairie Nissan for a number of years. I purchased 2 Rogues and now moved up to the Pathfinder and I am very happy with the quality of the vehicle, the help from the sales staff, finance staff and the service department. I would recommend Eden Prairie Nissan to everyone and I plan to do business in the future with Eden Prairie Nissan. More

Bait and switch Viewed a vehicle on website noted to have several features we wanted. Apple CarPlay, navigation etc... when we got there the car they showed us didn’t Viewed a vehicle on website noted to have several features we wanted. Apple CarPlay, navigation etc... when we got there the car they showed us didn’t even have power seats or any of the features advertised. Completely misleading and waste of time. Will stick with Walser going forward. More

Greatly Pleased Shannon Rose is a great service rep. I also want to give a shout out to technician Alex who stayed a bit late to finish the repairs. I had brought Shannon Rose is a great service rep. I had brought it in at 6:30 am and was informed that afternoon that it might not be completed by closing. (brakes and spark plug maintenance/replacement). I didn't have any other alternatives and needed the car back that night. Alex got it done. More

Informative and Considerate I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership and felt very confident and happy when I walked away. The salesmen I interacted with were friendly a I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership and felt very confident and happy when I walked away. The salesmen I interacted with were friendly and honest with me, helping explain details about my purchasing options, insurance, etc. I didn't feel overly pressured and found the employees to be honestly interested in my position and satisfaction. In fact, at the end of the purchase, Keith in finance came out to correct an error that neither of us had noticed while signing the final paperwork that saved me over $300! More
