Did warranty work. Staff was helpful, supportive and up front about any issues. Kept the car an extra day to insure it was working properly. Building well maintained for the current health crisis. Would have been five stars but out of loaner cars, had to rent, which was still handled easily. Thanks! More

Service was quick but they forgot something Fast service (1 hr) and really appreciate the free shuttle, but they forgot one important, thing reset my service milage tracker. Therefore I was wor Fast service (1 hr) and really appreciate the free shuttle, but they forgot one important, thing reset my service milage tracker. Therefore I was worried if the quick turnaround meant that the service was not done. I called the service team, they said oil was changed but they forgot to reset the service milage counter and i was given two options. I can come back for them to reset or i can go on youtube to learn to do it myself. I paid $70.00 for an oil change and at that point I wasn’t completely sure that it was done. Now I have to come back to get concrete verification or gamble and risk my engine locking up. I wasn’t happy but after work I Drove back down there (warning light came on while driving there) I had them reset the service milage counter and had them physically show me that the oil was clean from the oil change. More

Great Customer Service, As Usual I was ecstatic to walk in for my Saturday appointment to find Phillip at the counter in service. He's the best! Horrible Communication Had to leave several messages and even stop in to make sure the work was getting done.
