The worse place possible. I couldn’t have chosen a worse dealer to buy my car. When I was there to buy my car they were all over my wife and I for us do business with them. They offered me coffee, they even asked if we would like them to pick up some sandwiches. So they were with us until 1:00am yes 1:00am in the morning just so they wouldn’t lose us. I have my car for less then a year and the paint on top of the hood is coming off. I have tried for multiple times to talk with a manager from service his name is Peter. No success he never returns my calls they always say he is busy. So if you can keep your business way these dealership More

THE YOUNG LADY SHAVON WAS VERY HELPFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! AND POLITE. I SPENT OVER $4000, IN THE PAST MONTH GETTING MY CAR SERVICE UP TO DATE. BUT I'M NOT NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. FIRST WENT TO GET IN MY POLITE. I SPENT OVER $4000, IN THE PAST MONTH GETTING MY CAR SERVICE UP TO DATE. BUT I'M NOT NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. FIRST WENT TO GET IN MY CAR AND THE PLASTIC WAS STILL ON MY SEATS. NO CAR WASH....... AND THE VERY NEXT DAY MY TRUNK IS NOT OPENING FROM THE INSIDE OR MY SMART KEY WITHOUT USING MY KEY. MY ALIGNMENT IS STILL PULLING TO THE SIDE AND THIS MORING WHEN TO OPEN THE HOOD OF THE CAR AND THE LATCH IS NOT STAYING OPEN. I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!! ALL THOSE THINGS WERE WORKING BEFORE I CAME TO THE SHOP. KINDA DISAPPOINTED. BUT I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OF FRIDAYS. I'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. More

Even though it was very busy when I dropped my car off Shavon kept me updated the entire time. Had to order the part which meant coming back. I was pretty sure that would be the case. She told me it would take awhile, and better to leave the car. I did. While dropping it off I found a tear in the rubber gasket around the door. Without hesitation she said, “We’ll take care of it.” When I came to pick it up they were super busy. My car is brought up and Shavon is driving. She didn’t want me to wait any longer.
