They are straightforward, professional and easy to deal with. They gave me a good deal and very good customer experience to boot. Phil Alvim took care of me and knows the products inside and out, He also knows the competitive products but has a professional way in contrasting them. Louie Sadie handled the financing and lease paperwork very efficiently! All in all, Mazda of Roswell treated me very well and as a genuinely valued customer. I HATE buying or leasing cars, but have to say that I would give Mazda of Roswell very high marks across the board based on my experience. In fact, when my wife's Mazda CX-5s lease is up in a year, I will be calling Phil in search of another awesome car-buying experience!!! More

Best car purchase experience ever! I was so grateful that my son and I made our visit to the location-arriving almost near closing-The sales manager Aaron GIllison Jr. and the sales rep I was so grateful that my son and I made our visit to the location-arriving almost near closing-The sales manager Aaron GIllison Jr. and the sales representative Phillip Alvim made us feel so welcome, as they assisted with our initial inquiry questions and final purchase selection. We were able to get all our paperwork in and they started the process immediately to get my son into his first purchase car with no co-signer! I was most impressed with the fact that after explaining my ideal scenario that would fit best for my son-they not only met these specifics, but they exceeded our expectations-with no haggling or back and forth negotiations. It was one of the shortest transactions of car purchase from paperwork to keys in hands that I can recall. Our Finance representative, Basil Uqdah explained all finance aspect and completed the final steps. I thank you, Mazda of Roswell for your well trained and informed staff. Phillip my sales person was very thorough and got me in and out in around 3 hours. That's the fastest time I've ever had at a dealership. No high pressure sales and the closing with Basil was the best part. His desk is a big computer screen and you sign all your documents there, NO PAPER!! It was like some futuristic movie. You have to buy a car just so you get a chance to sign the desk, LOL. They had a great price on the Mazda 3S Grand Touring I was looking for and also gave me a great price on my trade in. Great car, great sales team and they valued my time. Thanks Roswell Mazda, excellent job!! More
