The delivery process could have been a little more efficient and organized, but otherwise our experience was a good one. Dustin in the business office was very helpful and efficient once we got that far. We would recommend Adam and Dean Team to family and friends. More

Delighted with 5 used cars bought here in the last 24 years! Each car was thoroughly checked and in top shape. I stopped in after work and by Friday evening, that same day, I was driving home in my new car. Did the right thing! My wife and I purchased a used 2010 from Dean's Volkswagen. Four weeks later the car developed an unusual defect with the drivers door. Phillip Dean c My wife and I purchased a used 2010 from Dean's Volkswagen. Four weeks later the car developed an unusual defect with the drivers door. Phillip Dean called Volkswagen Inc. about the defect and Volkswagen agreed to cover the problem 100% which required the door be replaced and painted. Expected repair time was 3 weeks and Phillip loaned us a car to use during the repair. Volkswagen Inc. had trouble getting the parts and 3 weeks was going to 6 weeks or longer. This really was a special case and I do not think every case would be done the same but Phillip allowed us to trade the car at no loss for another car. We still chose a Volkswagen but a newer model and paid the difference. Phillip did this because it was the right thing to do in this special case. More

I went to Dean Team to look at the vehicle we eventually purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The price was extremely compe purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The price was extremely competitive. ultimately I found out the price was a miss marked when I went into purchase the vehicle, after some arguing back and forth at the dealership they honored their mistake. The fact that I had to argue to get the price I was quoted was disappointing but that was the only disappointment. Service was excellent and staff was extremely friendly and seemed competent Our sales person, Paul Biermann, was very polite, courteous and accommodating and I would work with in the future. I had the opportunity to also work with Phillip Dean who was a polite, personable and what I expect from a management. I recommend working with both of these folks if you find yourself shopping at Dean Team VW. More
