My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I purchase a new Rav4 in September from Andrew Toyota and I had a few questions so I stopped in at the dealership this morning. Prentiss Farsee went out of his way to help me and answer all my questions and made sure that I understood all the features on my vehicle. This is my second purchase from Andrew Toyota and besides loving driving a Toyota, their salespeople are the other reason everyone should stop in at this dealership! My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
This is our second new car purchase from Andrew Toyota and Prentis Farce. Both times we have had great experiences. This last one was especially seamless. Prentis made it VERY easy for us. We told him what we wanted. He found the car and in a little more than an hour we signed papers. Prentis did EXTRA homework on our new vehicle so he could educate us on how everything worked. He is always pleasent and knowlegable. Anything we ask is "no big deal" for him. We got the car we wanted and even saved some $$!! Laurie worked with us in Finance (also our second experience with her) She is very professional and fabulous to deal with.
We have been taking our Toyotas to Willie in Service and feel we are always well taken care of and made to feel our needs are important!

Buying cars is something that my husband and I hate to do because of the bad experiences we've had in the past at other places. At Andrew, we have always felt like they would help us get into the car we wanted no matter what it took.
I am LOVING my new loaded Sienna!

I was at the end of a lease and needed to move in to a new truck. I have been a customer of Andrew Toyota for over 15 years, having purchased or leased four vehicles at the dealership. I had a great experience with Prentice. He was thorough and spent a great deal of time providing me with all of the possible leasing options. He was professional and very knowledgeable and made my buying experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Prentice for any customer looking for an honest and knowledgable consultant.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
While at Andrew Toyota, I had the pleasure of dealing with Prentiss Farsee. He sold me a Camry in 2010. I felt at ease about my car buying experience, which usually brings a lot of anxiety. But he helped me and assured me with any uncertainty that I had. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Since then I have continuously referred Prentiss to many associates and friends. They have all given positive feedback about their experiences. Whenever I am at Andrew Toyota for a scheduled service, if Prentiss spots me, he remembers me and always asks if I am still satisified with my purchase, which I am very pleased. For those reasons, I will continue to refer him to any and everyone that I know is in the market for a new/used car.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We wish we were given information on the extended warranty before signing the paperwork. We were given a couple minutes to look at the extended warranty options and told how much it would cost per month. They only glossed over the total cost of of the extended warranty. I wish we had more time to weigh the different warranty choices.

We got the car color and model that we wanted but there were a few options that we didn't want; locking wheel hubs and a cargo net, that would bump up the price. Prentiss tried to get the higher ups to throw in the cargo net but they wouldn't do it. We really didn't want the locking wheel hubs and were first told that we could take them off but would have to buy the standard ones. But at the end of the day they just told us to keep them since it would be too much dinking around.

Overall we had a pretty good experience at this dealership. Prentiss did go to bat for us when we had a difference of opinion with the manager.

My salesperson Prentiss Farsee was very knowledgable and went above and beyond my expectations. Prentiss did not pressure me and he helped me to get the car I wanted. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camary. Also,the finance department and the service department were awesome. I will refer my family and friends to Prentiss, at Andrew Toyota, he's great!
