Little Communication When I bought my truck from the dealership, it had a dent in the tailgate. My salesman setup to get the tailgate fixed & a spray in bed liner. I was told to drop it off with one service tech, he knew about the spray in liner but not the tailgate. For a week, no one called me to give me an update. I had to call & go by the dealership / service department to get an update. Over all, they did a good job, I would have just wished to be contacted more. More
