I brought my 2014 Diesel 5 series in for a oil change and “check engine” light. I live out of town so a loaner was needed. Went in for service which was going to be no charge… and left with a $2100.00 issue on my hands. My car is only 4 years old and had a cracked engine mount. Should be a recall issue with such low miles. Pris left with a $2100.00 issue on my hands. My car is only 4 years old and had a cracked engine mount. Should be a recall issue with such low miles. Priscilla is always fantastic tho. Great communicator and seems to always be understanding. Was able to knock $400 the large repair cost. But still obviously very uneasy about the expense! Thankful for the loaner because we live out in the Clackamas area. More
