Came over to change my battery and the oil change. Came to know that for the tyre rotation , maita toyota has been charging me $30 but it is generally free. I was never informed about that earlier , I Came to know that for the tyre rotation , maita toyota has been charging me $30 but it is generally free. I was never informed about that earlier , I always thought that it was done for free. Also I have a question reg the battery discount , so I replaced my battery and it was my first time replacement after I bought my car and since it is only 5 years from the purchase date , I should have received 25% off on the new battery but I didn't get any discount , any reason why ? And every time I hv to request for the car wash and they don't do it on their own , why ? And this time the car wash was broken so couldn't get it washed , isn't washing the vehicle part of the service ? Not satisfied with the above things but customer service was really good and Qerim was awesome !! More

The staff have always been very polite, helpful and given straight answers. When it came time for the 30,000 mile service, I shopped around mechanics thinking the dealership would be more expensive. Not only was the dealership cheaper, but after buying the extended warranty, I now have my services through the 45,000 mile service paid for for about the same price as the 30,000 mile service alone. Keeping Up With Car Maintenance I have used Maita Service for many years and I appreciate their good service. Unfortunately, they keep messing with stuff that makes it more difficul I have used Maita Service for many years and I appreciate their good service. Unfortunately, they keep messing with stuff that makes it more difficult to get your appointments scheduled. I tried to schedule on-line but what I got was this busy page that did not function properly and is a great discouragement to even try to deal with. Just call the number and book with someone on the phone. It is much simpler and don't even look at their on-line page. It gives the wrong impression of what this place is really like! More

Battery Check Maita is my service center by choice for my RAV4. Normally, I setup an appointment, but for this visit I felt there was an issue with starting my car Maita is my service center by choice for my RAV4. Normally, I setup an appointment, but for this visit I felt there was an issue with starting my car and wanted my battery checked out. Maita was able to checkout my issue and also completed my next service maintenance since it was due on the afternoon I arrived at the service center. My battery was not charging properly and was replaced and the service was completed in two hours. I waited in the comfortable and spacious wait area and enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee. I appreciate that my issue was taken seriously and that I have another six months before maintenance is needed. More
