We’ve purchased many vehicles over the years at Galpin but this experience far exceeded all the others because of Real! He took the time with us finding the right vehicle and was with us for the entire pr but this experience far exceeded all the others because of Real! Réal is the real deal. I was looking for an f150 out of state. He gave me some options and helped but a great deal together. He did everything he said he would, and was fast, efficient and honest. The dealership in general was great to deal with as well. Thanks for the TKO on the deal coach!! I especially appreciate the use of technology, namely videos from his desk. It really helps humanize the online experience. More

My first time dealing with Galpin Ford. Not really nor have been a Ford person. I believe I dealt with Galpin Ford in 2005 to buy a Mustang. It did not work out due to the disconnect between the salesperson and myself. Fast forward to present, I contacted Galpin and got to meet Real Andrews. A good man with a lot of POSITIVE energy. I mean this guy really is passionate about things, and it shows. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He was very communicative, thoughtful, and followed through with the process. I appreciate this hard work to get a deal done. He even personally delivered the car to me. If you want a truly great experience at Galpin Ford, this is the ONLY man you need to go see!! More

I never give out my home phone or email AND I had a bad experience with Galpin some years ago, but when I SAW it was Real and I felt like I 'd known him for YEARS on "General Hospital", Law and Order etc, experience with Galpin some years ago, but when I SAW it was Real and I felt like I 'd known him for YEARS on "General Hospital", Law and Order etc, I made the exception..GLAD I DID!!! He made an appt. same day, listened to what I said and found me everything I wanted!!! We looked and drove a car--Escape-- It was great. He was honest about price and telling me what he thought I would truly need and what was just "fluff" He was Perfect! And since he plays a detective on GH... You knew he wouldn't lie!!! He told the finance guy to stay (and he did) he gave me a voucher for a lovely dinner while they were getting my car detailed AND he's even taking my Old Escape with a busted short block and making that part of my trade in too! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR??? If I could buy 5 more cars from him, I would!!! THE VERY BEST! (GO TAGGERT!!!) More
