Niello Volvo is a very reputable dealership. I’ve had 2 Volvos serviced there prior to my recent purchase of a new Volvo with Matt in service as my go to guide on any and all servicing. Matt is the reason I went to Neillo My recent experience with buying a car at Neillo Volvo was great too. Brian in sales was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and very helpful in getting my questions answered. Taylor was friendly and worked well to answer any of my queries. Brian in finance was so kindly and experienced as a long time employee. Everyone was very polite and helpful, including Carl who followed up with a personal assistant visit on introducing me to the new Volvo bells and whistles. Recently I stopped in for a few items and RJ was so helpful in sales as was Mike in service. I admired everyone’s dedication to helping me purchase a great car. More

Signed documents on 6/13. Great communication until the documents were signed. 7/23 Just received more documents to be notarized for tag application processing. More

they found me a vehicle that was specked pretty close to what we wanted. the car was delivered to our home clean. we would have liked a more thorough understanding of how things worked but the dealership be what we wanted. the car was delivered to our home clean. we would have liked a more thorough understanding of how things worked but the dealership bent over backwards to give us a thorough training session when we asked for it. extra accessories were provided in a timely fashion. though not an issue for us I believe it would be helpful to staff to have appropriate direct Volvo participation in handling winter tire requests. it was tough for them to understand our needs in that regard, as a matter of fact I would like Volvo to contact me personally to discuss this issue. I live in the mountains with the driving through 1' to 2' of snow is common and all season tires do not fit the bill More

I was expecting a headache with the purchase process but Niello made it extremely simple. I came from outside of the area and they accommodated my schedule and expedited the process knowing I had a consider Niello made it extremely simple. I came from outside of the area and they accommodated my schedule and expedited the process knowing I had a considerable trek back. The process in the dealership was smooth - Sean was OUTSTANDING and made a long, stressful day so much better. I worked with RJ to get the quote sorted before coming to the dealership. Overall, the experience was as expected but I never feel good about having sales try to slip in another unnecessary cost. RJ was agreeable about backing down when I insisted that certain additions that he kept trying to add in (ex: the GPS tracker, powder coated hubcaps) be excluded. I never actually met Justin - he was busy and was originally going to step in on RJ's day off. But Sean picked up the slack and was the hero of the experience. More
