She was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. After deciding on a specific model she (and team) offered me the lowest price that I could find anywhere. They also showed me a full variety of competitive purchase/lease options. Then they located the exact vehicle (right down to the exact options) that I chose from a distant dealer and delivered the car to me in a few days. Awesome! More

Certified pre-owned purchase Excellent service! I heard excellent things about this dealership so I looked online through truecar.com and saw a few cars that sparked my interest. Excellent service! I submitted a request for availability and very quickly got a response from Rachel. I decided to go look at their inventory. I went into the dealership looking for a very specific vehicle with a very tight budget looking to have very specific payments. I found a car that I liked (it was one that I saw on the website), a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which is exactly what I was looking for. My salesmen were Neil and Stan. I did deal with both gentlemen because I was there a few different days in a row and they were both very professional very nice and very helpful. Neil first showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions. When I went back the next day Neil was not there so I began talking to Stan. At first the numbers didnt make much sense to me and I had a few more questions so I called and spoke to the manager Emil and we were able to work out a deal that worked for me. When I finally decided to purchase the car I went back to see Stan and was in and out the same day. There were some pretty bad scratches on the glove box door that bothered me so I asked if that could be fixed and they were kind enough to replace the door. Once all was said and done, Stan showed me how to work all the gadgets in the car and sent me on my merry way. I was very pleased with my experience. Highly reccomend this dealership. More

Everyone that I dealt with provided excellent service, especially my salesperson, Barbara Ann Hof. She has followed up with me numerous times since I got the truck and has been so attentive and professional. I actually just apologized to her for being a pain in the neck for asking her for things like a printed manual and touch up paint. She always responds promptly and she has gone above and beyond what anyone would expect from a salesperson. More
