There was no social distancing, hand-sanitizer, face masks, cleaning by the staff, etc. during our four hour visit. This was disappointing. When I asked for a no contact sale I was told we would need to masks, cleaning by the staff, etc. during our four hour visit. This was disappointing. When I asked for a no contact sale I was told we would need to come in. I would have preferred an online sale and free home delivery. I also would have preferred the price listed online as the final sale price and the 120 day payment free option for a new lease. More

I had a good car buying experience at Napleton Kia. Buying a used car can be difficult but they treated me well. Sales rep Rachid Attahirou was pleasant and courteous without any hint of sales pressure Buying a used car can be difficult but they treated me well. Sales rep Rachid Attahirou was pleasant and courteous without any hint of sales pressure - and he answered all of my questions very well and he was particularly helpful with the complex car controls.
