Easiest car buying experience I've ever had I found this vehicle online through USAA's car buying service and immediately fell in love. Coming from a few states away, one would think this is a l I found this vehicle online through USAA's car buying service and immediately fell in love. Coming from a few states away, one would think this is a logistical nightmare however Rachid and Napleton Kia made it easy. After submitting a request online for more information, Rachid reached out to confirm the vehicle was still available and was easy to work with for getting things set up for a test drive. Upon arrival, the vehicle was cleaned and ready for presentation, everyone at the dealership was friendly and made you felt like a valued customer. They made the process of buying a car easy and I would definitely reach out to Rachid/his team when its time for a new vehicle. More
