I bought a 2020 Subaru limited 2 years ago from them car had no problems so I traded it in for a 2022 Subaru Touring I’m sorry I did drove 1 mile a way and it has brake problems brought it back after making had no problems so I traded it in for a 2022 Subaru Touring I’m sorry I did drove 1 mile a way and it has brake problems brought it back after making an appointment and they give it back to me with the same problems brand new $42,000 car they are trying me for a remorseful buyer the only remorse I have is getting a bad car I love the white exterior and Java colored seats beautiful car these service people are jokers screwing with my car when I got the car back from them they left oil or some fluid on my arm rest this is how much they care about you after the sale find another place to buy from nobody now wants to service this car because they did first they tell me to take it back to them More

After no longer able to drive my truck anymore, I wanted to downsize my next car, but I did not want to feel too cramped. I saw Rae and she explained the differences for each of Subaru's SUVs and ultimatel to downsize my next car, but I did not want to feel too cramped. Just leased a Forester Sport, Rae was my salesperson. She was awesome! Rae was not “in my face” as some dealers are at first. She made it known that she was there and ready to help me; when I was ready. I li was awesome! Rae was not “in my face” as some dealers are at first. After a few emails and a phone call, I probably would have gone out of state as long as I knew Rae was going to be my salesperson. Rae was extraordinary, and made my experience at Hassett extraordinary! She is patient, helpful, suggestive, non pressuring and was not in a rush to close the deal. When I picked up the car, again she awesome; no rush, took her time explaining all the bells and whistles of the new technology! I’ve been a Subaru fan for years,,, and I’m happy to say I’m a Hassett Subaru fan now; as long as Rae helps me!! Thank you!! I must give a mention about James, the finance guy. Another great experience with him... explaining everything, not rushing through things and patient! Also the manager (whose name escapes me) who personally when out of his way and made a couple of calls on my behalf to get the financing worked out..... and lowered my monthly payment... no strings attached! I know Rae stepped in and told him how much I wanted this car,,, he made it happen...Again my thanks, and everyone I dealt with at the dealership was fantastic, More
