My daughter was looking for her second car to purchase on her own. We had been looking for sometime but kept coming back to Duval Ford's website,looking at cars because of the reasonable price. I eventually contacted the dealership and Rafael Delgado responded he answered my questions, sent recommendations based on what we where looking for. All thought we shopped around and were approved at another dealership we came back to Duval Ford because of the honesty of the salesman. He was willing to answer our questions even thought we hadn't even been in to look at a car. We are glad we made the hour and a half trip,my daughter now has a reliable car and for the first time that I have ever experienced with any dealership ,we asked for payments within a certain range and the payment was actually lower,every dealership I have ever dealt with the always make your payments more than what you want,not Duval Ford and thanks to Rafael showing us what she could afford and taking the time to find something she liked . Thank you to Matt Tudor for the fastest financial transactions ,tag switching ,insurance adding experience I have ever seen or experience. I feel so confident that I would recommend and send my other daughter and my mother directly to Rafael and know that they would be taken care of and not taken advantage of. Called about a car we found on AutoTrader. They had the vehicle moved to the front of the lot by the time we got there.
