From my purchase over 2 years ago to servicing, I am very pleased. Ragina is excellent, professional, and very helpful as my service coordinator. Regina at the Midlothian Mercedes Benz service is the best. She takes personal interest in ensuring car is taken care of. OMG it is a mark difference between Broad street and Midlothian . Even though both owned the same parent company but Midlothian one feels like true Mercedes class service. More

It has been nothing but aggravation with Regina and the service department at thisdealership. I had trouble with Regina during my first service / experience when she said I was not allowed to have a loane service department at thisdealership. I had trouble with Regina during my first service / experience when she said I was not allowed to have a loaner car for my SL 55 service because I had never been to the dealership before. The service manager told me that she was mistaken, and I should have been provideda loaner car.. the reason why this was an issue was because my standard service that should’ve taken one day - took over a week to complete- a week without a car created a massive inconvenience! The service manager told me he was moving me from Regina to another advisor- which was not done. During my service, they ordered replacement parts from Germany for interior lighting that was malfunctioning. When they called to let me know the parts were in, again, Regina was my service manager. This time, I was given a loaner with a half a tank of gas.. The car was dirty and smelled. This loaner car had just been vacated by the person who pulled into the bay directly before me . The car was not cleaned and not filled up with gas. For an unknown reason the repair took over a week to complete. I returned the car this morning with 3/4 of a tank of gas (more than what it had when I picked up the car ) and Regina just now sends me a bill for $60 worth of gas. The invoice stated that I picked up the car with a full tank and returned it with half a tank - which is completely untrue. I called and asked to speak to the service manager, and of course, was sent to his voicemail. Mercedes Benz is supposed to be top shelf top quality.- maybe it is just this dealership’s service department that is run so poorly. I would give zero stars if I could. Never going back to the dealership again it is the Walmart of Mercedes dealerships. More

Better than best she is! Regina should set your bar for training new hires. She’s done everything I’ve asked as fast and efficiently as she could.
