Raj Patel at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Carrollton

My search for a Ford Explorer XLT with 4WD through another dealership was futile for several weeks. The salesperson to whom I was assigned seemed less than interested in finding me a vehicle. I submitted an internet request via Edmunds.com. Within hours, Raj Patel of Internet Sales at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton, Texas answered my request with a vehicle that suited my needs. That's the good news. The bad news is that I was out of the city at the time, and by the time I returned, another salesman had sold the vehicle. Raj diligently searched for an alternate option, found one at another dealership, and brought it to the Carrollton store.

I received a fair price for my trade in, Art in finance made the financial side easy and painless, Raj instructed us in the electronics of the vehicle, and we were on our way.

The vehicle is still a little smarter than I, but I'll master it today.

I've purchased 4 vehicles from this franchise, mom bought 1 upon my recommendation. I've shopped around, but felt this dealership really is willing to more than great lenghts to get you what you want in a vehicle. My last vehicle F150 FX4 was not on their lot, but they were willing to look all over the state to find my exact vehicle. They did. I left he dealership at 5 o'clock and by 9 AM the next morning the Raj found my vehicle. It was a delight that it didn't take more than a day to find it, not put on a backburner like a lot of dealerships will do in their sales process. Service department is great.

The ONLY reason I would not purchase from this dealer is if I moved out of state, but then I still might catch a flight to come and work with them, call them to do the deal, or if the franchise was sold to other management that doesn't have the same values of Sam Pack. The family is still very active in the daily business and will talk to you, not just after purchase but when you're sitting around waiting in the dealership. We're a Ford Family and you can't go wrong working with their internet department. I can't say great things about enough this dealership and the quality of each and every individual that works for them, from the sales, service, after sales accessories, finance, and even the back office.

Finance is also easy and about the deal and your payments work for you.

If you question where to go, it's worth the drive, it's worth the time and there is a reason their sales people have awards after awards on their desks.

The salesman was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He showed several models and did extra work to ensure we had a good deal. I have been back a couple of times to ask questions about the vehicle and was assisted immediately and completely satisfied with the answers given.

Good buying experience, Raj did a top notch job in assisting me in the whole purchasing process. From showing me all the truck electronics gadgets to explaining all the owner's manuals contents. Also did a fine job on fixing a slight problem with the truck that was discoverd after the sale. Would buy again from this dealership.....

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The salesperson Raj was low pressure and helped us find the car that was right for us. The sales manager Mike helped us understand the pros and cons of leasing versus purchasing. The finance manager Brandon presented our financing and extended service plan options clearly. I wouldn't buy a Ford anywhere else.

They ordered a 2012 Laguna Seca Boss 302 Mustang for me. The Internet sales staff was very helpful and professional throughout purchase - I live in the Houston area and was frustrataed with my local dealer who was clueless about ordering the limited edition Laguna Seca. They were as excited as I was about ordering the car. Fantastic experience for me. When I took delivery of the car they followed my instructions to the letter. I asked that the car be untouched as it came of the transport. They did the required state inspection and filled the car up with premium and were there with 6 people to make sure I got the car loaded onto my trailer for the trip home. I was more or less treated like a rock star to make sure everything was right with my purchase and delivery of the car. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular the Internet sales staff: Mr. Chris Sherman, Mr. Ray Patel and Mr. Mark Sidweber.
