Ralph went to ECSU in 1980. He loved the area so much, he bought land and built a log home for his wife, Carol, and daughter Angelika. Ralph has been at Gates since 1998! As far as cars go, Ralph's father tells him that he wouldn’t stop talking about them at 3yrs old, and nothing has changed since! He bought his first car at 13 years old; a 1965 Corvair convertible, and sold his first car at age 14. Ralph has personally owned over 80 vehicles! He lives, eats, and breathes the automobile. Ralph has been working here at Gates since February of 1998. He looks forward to selling you your next vehicle; "Here at Gates, we have the right vehicle at the right price!"

Gates was referred to me by a family member and I had an excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle there. Their facility is clean and inviting. Ralph Clement, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle type I was looking for, answered all my questions, and presented my options in a clear and concise way. Ralph is not only a very competent salesman but also a "car guy" who knows his stuff. I also worked with Nick Florentino and Chris Messier on completing the paperwork, all of which went smoothly. Both were personable and professional. The entire time I was at the dealership I felt that all the staff really wanted me to have the best possible car buying experience which was refreshing. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Gates to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

If it wasn't for Ralph Clement's knowledge about my Nissan Rogue SV and his tenacity to get me into a vehicle I love, I would not have considered leasing another car at Gates.
