This is our 3rd Volvo purchased from Portland Volvo and Ralph D'Angleo. Our expereince has always been nothing but positive. Never have we left the dealership with purchasing. I am from Massachusetts and summer in Maine. I looked for vehicles in the Massachusetts area at a very reputable dealership (where I bought before). This time I was quite unsatisfied with the Massachusetts dealership. As a women they played the going back and forth to the sales manager game. I called Ralph and saw the vehicle I was interested in. Told him the price I wanted and didn't want to play the game. He listened to what I was interested in. I saw the vehicle I was interested on the site. They gave me the price and options I was looking for and site unseen I bought the car. It was an S/80 which I am extrememly pleased with. Ralph talked to me about the S/80 vs. S/60 and provided me answers to other questions I had in a professional and friendly manner. He was fantastic I trusted him and was pleased with my purchase 100%. Jason helped with the paperwork and was also professional. I liked the dealership it was a welcoming and clean environment. overall experience with portland volvo was the best we have ever had and we have bought a lot of cars at many places. Ralph D'Angelo was very profesional and didnt pressure us at all.We needed service on our new car and Ralph D'Angelo met us at a designated place so we wouldnt have to make the long drive to portland and he gave us a brand new loaner.Car was fixed and all are happy.Jason shaw also helped us with financing and he was the best ever.We will continue to purchase cars from them in the future.Ask for Ralph D'Angelo for the best dealer experience!

I recently worked with Ralph D'Angelo at Portland Volvo to purchase a great used Volvo. From the moment I met him, Ralph's knowledge and customer focused personality put me at ease with the process. I felt as though he was focused on finding the right match for me and my family as opposed to making a sale. He took the time to listen to my needs both in a vehicle and financially. I never felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready. After I purchased my vehicle he took the time to actually sit in the car and set up all of the features with me. Portland Volvo was a great dealership to work with. I recommend it for anyone looking for used, good quality and conditioned car! Ralph was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Ralph and Jason both worked hard to get me the car I wanted! I had doubts but that was all surpassed because I got exactly what they said, sticking to their word 100%. I would even considered returning years down the road for another purchase! Thanks again!
