My Review of Lugoff Toyota:
The whole experience at Lugoff Toyota was top rated, from Ken Mixon through the end of the process to the Finance Manager Trevor Reames, they were both very pleasing to work with. We also had time spent with Ralph Harper whom was very helpful, while we were searching for the car we wanted, Ralph assisted in the process and kept us informed via the phone of when the car would arrive, they were able to locate exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough for Ken Mixon, he was simply amazing to deal with, this was our first experience at Lugoff Toyota, and at any Toyota dealership, and I think we have found our car dealership home. Everything was always explained to us in detail, and to our understanding. Thanks to the whole team at Lugoff Toyota whom both made it possible and a smooth experience!.

Contacted Ralph Harper as I had narrowed down vehicle choices for new car. Ralph made this as simple and hassle free as possible by selecting cars with features I wanted and that were on lot or available. He was accessible but not insistant. He also was very honest about the available vehicles with the equipment I wanted and the pricing. Trevor was business like, straightforward and efficient.

Every employee that I encountered at Lugoff Toyota was extremely friendly and considerate. Ralph Harper, the employee that sold me a car, was amazingly helpful and was able to get me my "dream car" for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to Ralph for his service, his accommodation to my needs, and his devotion to his customers. I received daily updates from Ralph about my car when it was in transit, and he let me know the minute it was ready for pick-up. I truly felt as though Ralph wanted me to have the car as much as I did, and I will be sending all my friends and family to Lugoff Toyota so they can have an enjoyable car-buying experience, just as I did.

My Review of Lugoff Toyota:
I was very pleased with Lugoff Toyota. The salesmen were very attentive to my needs and worked with me on each and every detail of my new car. I was very anxious about buying a new car but they were VERY patient and understanding and I am so appreciative. I knew I would be ectastic in a few days but now that it has been a couple of days since my purchase, my nerves have calmed down. Ralph & Cody were great on keeping me in the loop as to their search for my car. I was probably a tough and demanding customer but they listened and found me the perfect car. It had been sixteen years since my last purchase which was also a Toyota Camry so things had changed a lot. Cody did an AWESOME job explaining all the high tech options on my car. He spent a lot of time going over every detail of the car. I was so thankful for the time he dedicated to me. I will be recommending Lugoff Toyota to all my friends and family for their next car purchase. I live in Columbia and didn't mind driving 30 miles out of my way to this dealership. I think sometimes small town dealerships are more helpful than big town dealerships.

Thank you so much and I look forward to driving this Camry for sixteen or more years.

My Review of Lugoff Toyota:
I knew what I wanted and went to dealer to procure. Search started in November 2011 for a 2012 4-Runner Limited with a specified color and options. Difficult to find. Ralph Harper was the guy who made it happen. Finally consummated the deal on February 23rd and took delivery on February 27. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and results of dealing with Ralph.
The car has met and exceeded my expectations.

My Review of Lugoff Toyota:
Visited looking for a new Highlander to replace my 10 year old Rav4. Tracey was very helpful. She really listens to what you are looking for in a car. The next day I wanted to test drive a car. Tracey was busy so Cody helped me. Cody told me the second row seats don't come out in the Highlander, making it to small to transport the boxers as I do. We looked at the Sienna.

I spent a week, test driving other brands and visiting other dealers, but I came back to Lugoff Toyota and got the best deal. Allen in finance was helpful in trying to beat my credit union rate (too bad you use Wells Fargo, or we would have gone with the financing, had a REALLY BAD experience with WF and won't do business with them at ALL). Ralph was instrumental in getting the deal we wanted for price out the door.

I have used the service department many times, they are helpful and give a military discount. Since my husband served for 33 years that is very important to us.

This is my second time purchasing a new vehicle from that Toyota site. Eventhough the name of the dealership has changed, the honesty and great service is still in place. I visited other Toyota Dealerships in the area and none of them provided great service and the respect as a customer than Lugoff Toyota. Alicia, Ralph, and the sales manager were outstanding and down to earth. It was a stressless deal!
