SOLD ME A NEW VEHICLE THAT THEY HAD BEEN USING AS A LOANER TRANSPARENCY IS NOT IN JIM ELLIS BUICK GMC'S VOCABULARY, BUT DECEITFUL SHOULD BE IN THE DEALERSHIPS MISSION STATEMENT!!!! There's not much to be said TRANSPARENCY IS NOT IN JIM ELLIS BUICK GMC'S VOCABULARY, BUT DECEITFUL SHOULD BE IN THE DEALERSHIPS MISSION STATEMENT!!!! There's not much to be said other than don't trust Jim Ellis Buick GMC of Atlanta. I purchased what was suppose to be a new GMC Sierra Denali that without disclosing to me prior to my purchase had been used as a new car loaner. When I got the vehicle home I went to sync my phone to the vehicle and found another individuals name and phone had already been synced. I then call that individual to ask why his number was synced to my truck and he told me that Jim Ellis had given him the vehicle as a loaner for over a week. My first question is how can they sell a vehicle as new if it had been used as a dealership loaner without disclosing that information to the buyer? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, ANY DEALERSHIP! More

Best car purchase experience ever First time ever where the process of purchasing a car was actually pleasant. Everyone at the dealership was very professional. They did everything t First time ever where the process of purchasing a car was actually pleasant. Everyone at the dealership was very professional. They did everything they could to find the exact car that my wife and I wanted. They kept us updated on the progress and were never annoying or hard selling. When we finally found the car we wanted I dreaded the dance (haggling over price), but that never happened. They calculated the figures and were spot on, so that I never had to go back and forth with a counter. I appreciated that immensely. After purchasing the car Barry took the time to sit in the car with us and explain all the features and made sure we were comfortable with the new car before we left. More

Poor Customer Service I was celebrating my 35th anniversary (of which purchasing the car was a part), but unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle prepared for delivery I was celebrating my 35th anniversary (of which purchasing the car was a part), but unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle prepared for delivery at the time promised. Also, as an out-of-state buyer, I was overcharged on my sales tax. I'm still waiting on my check, and whenever you call the dealership, it is sad that no one seems to be able to handle business if one key person is out. I'm really enjoying my vehicle, but I'm sorely disappointed in the lack of true customer service. More

Easy buying experience I had previously been to Jim Ellis to drive trucks last year but put the purchase on hold until now.
