So, I received a call. The Isad, he said his name was, essentially called me a liar and said that he trusts his staff over what the customer is saying because he trains them well. Unreal. No one from the top level will call me back. The fact that a MANAGER called me a BAD PERSON because i wanted the pricing issue (a mere $140 mind you when i spent $4000 extra for a lift/tires/wheels) resolved first before I filled out the survey, you have to wonder if there is a single thread of integrity at this location. No accountability. NONE.

Little update: Backstory.. I tried paying for a $4000 lift with a debit but was talked into using a credit and said there would be no surcharge on credit, which i thought was odd but gave him the credit card.. then he charged me 140 so, the update... Katrina, head of Camelback Toyota, called back and said the only thing they could offer me was to refund the credit card but require i have an additional $4000 to pay immediately vs being able to wait for the refund and use that money. Honestly, I could care less about 140, i just wanted to be take care of. This is the worst dealership i have ever been to. The fact that the Sales Manager, Ralph Walters, said I was "a bad person" because I would not fill out the online survey yet in a positive fashion is astounding.
