Rear brake repair and brake fluid purge. My service person was Rande Kristensen, I have been coming to Arlington Toyota for a number of years for service( an Avalon and now a Camry) and had My service person was Rande Kristensen, I have been coming to Arlington Toyota for a number of years for service( an Avalon and now a Camry) and had different service people but I have had the best service from Rande. He is there when you have question and gives you the correct answers. More

Good alignment service with good and bad news I've gone to Arlington Toyota Dealer to do my alignment since 2016 when I bought my used Toyota Camry XLE 2007 and all the time service was great and I've gone to Arlington Toyota Dealer to do my alignment since 2016 when I bought my used Toyota Camry XLE 2007 and all the time service was great and the employees too...my last visit was on 12/26/2017 to check my alignment. The service was good, but when I was called to get my car by one of the service members, he told me, "I have good and bad news for you....good news is that your alignment is done and the bad news is that when our employee was taking the car out of the service, somebody hit your car on the passenger side, but don't worry the damage is minor and will be fixed, you don't have to pay a penny for that." However, now the Dealer is refusing to take responsibility for the accident when it was one of the Dealer's employees who caused the damages on the premises. Their justification: when I gave them my keys I gave the permission to any employee to drive my car and understood the risk of damage to the car. I find this excuse ridiculous. If I loan my car to anyone, the expectation is that she handle it with care. The responsibility of damage should not fall on my shoulders. While the service was good and Rande Kristiansen was a helpful and nice guy, I recommend that they expand the Dealer premises and try to find better areas to park cars that have been already serviced since they are a very busy Dealer. Maybe next time, someone else won't have the same damage to their car. More

Great service, long wait I'm a first-time Toyota owner so this was my first experience at Arlington Toyota for service. I did not purchase my vehicle at a Toyota dealership. B I'm a first-time Toyota owner so this was my first experience at Arlington Toyota for service. I did not purchase my vehicle at a Toyota dealership. But when I asked other people with Toyotas to suggest where to have an oil change the most consistent response was to take it to the dealership. I made an appointment online a week in advance and indicated that I would wait for the service to be completed instead of dropping it off and coming back to pick it up when it was done. I received 4 email reminders and a phone call the day before to confirm the appointment. I arrived on time and waited well over an hour before Rande came in to advise me that the car needed a new battery. He was very knowledgeable and personable. When the car was done it had been washed, which was a very pleasant surprise. I was very pleased with the service and Rande. The only reason I did not rate the service as excellent is because I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change, and subsequently a new battery, even though I made an appointment in advance. I will definitely go back for future service and would recommend to others but I will also be prepared for a lengthy wait and share this with others as well. More
