The reason we dealt with this dealership is because we wanted to purchase a Prius and this is the local dealership, which makes it more convenient for us. As compared to another auto dealer (different brand), this office was ill-equipped (2 broken printers) and disorganized (both visits kept us much longer than necessary - even when we had a specific time to pick up our car). Even though I, as the female of the twosome purchasing the car, would be the one driving the car, I was pretty much left out of the discussion. When we picked up the car, we were subjected to a rather dramatic demonstration/sales pitch for the extra paint and upholstery package. Once we finally got to see Glenn to do our paperwork, he tried selling us one of these packages even before going over the sales agreement. The only reasons we "recommend" this dealership is that we have purchased a number of vehicles previously from this dealership and have been satisfied with the service in the past and we also are very pleased with the service department. More
