Purchased a new RAV! Took about 2 hours to finish purchasing a vehicle I wanted (paperwork). The sale was completed on May 13, 2020, about 40+ days ago. The dealership p Took about 2 hours to finish purchasing a vehicle I wanted (paperwork). The sale was completed on May 13, 2020, about 40+ days ago. The dealership provided a 30 day temporary tag (which has expired) and I'm still waiting for the license plate (probably due to Covid 19 delays at the DMV). When I called Molle's salesperson, I was told if I receive a ticket for it being expired they will reimburse me. The RAV is nice as were all the people at Molle involved during the process. More

Although we have driven a Prius for years, some of the new technology needed revie Randy was patient and explained the operation of this 2020 Prius. Although we have driven a Prius for years, some of the new technology needed reviewed especially due to our age. Our most disappointing part of this deal was the trade in of our 2007 Prus with 139,00 miles. Couple weeks earlier it was in your shop and we were told the 12-Volt battery needed replaced and the hybrid battery was in good condition. We discussed if we should replace the car or install a new 12-volt. My wife loved this car with a back-up camera, so we decided to go with the new 12 volt and have some other maintenance done. Our bill was in the $1100.00 range. A few days later the hybrid batteries went out. We could have saved some money if the message had been different. This was our disappointment. Virgil Nelson More

Rock Star Service & Sales Molle Service Dept kept our 2004 Corolla running for the last 7-10 years (we had it for 17 years!) When a major repair come up unexpectidly Jason got Molle Service Dept kept our 2004 Corolla running for the last 7-10 years (we had it for 17 years!) When a major repair come up unexpectidly Jason got me into the service dept, Joe shuttled me to work (on time) & then Jason called me with repair & cost options by lunchtime. My wife & I decided to trade it in for a new Corolla. Jason 'quarterbacked' the shuttle & sales dept (Randy) and we now have a 2020 Corolla! (this experience 'rocked!'). Thank you Molle Toyota team! More
