My daughter had the SUV 4 months only and muffler broke. It was completely rusty. We checked all features of vehicle before purchase. Who would have thought to look under vehicle the condition of muffler. Did the dealer know about the condition of muffler? Absolutely! Yet, they sold the vehicle to my daughter with the muffler in such bad shape. My daughter has 4 kids. She could not drive the SUV for 3 months because she did not have the money to replace muffler. The muffler replacement cost $2100. More

Unless it a quick lube job don't take your car to be serviced here. They kept my car for a week saying they didn't know why it was shaking and everyday they needed more time. Well the truck hadn't moved in 4 days when I get a phone call from the sales department asking if I wanted to sell it. I explored the option and they gave me low quote based it needing repair. I told them I'd think about it but really just wanted to know what was wrong and get it fixed. The sales department calls back and says it has a bad transmission, so I call service and guess what, they said the trans was good but need MORE time to figure it out. Id had enough of whatever games they have going on here. Not sure what the deal was with them but someone was being deceitful in there practices. More

Horrible. Be careful . Corrupt I bought a used car from koons ford security, it was never inspected before purchase. It went back for an exhaust repair and they removed my window t I bought a used car from koons ford security, it was never inspected before purchase. It went back for an exhaust repair and they removed my window tint without permission, never informing me. They lied about the wereabouts of my car, lied about having it detailed, they lied about everything. Do not trust them !!! More

All wanted a price way higher than I wanted to pay. The truck is going to be used to pull my motorcycle trailer and not driven every day. I can't take credit for finding Koons in Baltimore. That was my wife's find. She saw it and said it was a Great looking truck and priced well. I called and spoke to Derrick Lewis who from start to finish was nothing short of Great. I made a appointment to drive over from Reston, Va and meet wit him to see the truck. We all love it when a person has the answer and doesn't have to go find it. He was courteous his knowledge was great and he delivered as promised. I told him I'm sold on the truck but I'm married and in our house when buying cars it is a WE thing not a ME thing so he would have to convince us both. Well Derrick, Ray & Steve in finance were up for the challenge and now I have a Great Truck. I'm starting to like it more than my other car (Audi Q7 TDI w/euro sport pkge) I would buy from them again easily. Love that place with it's very cool owner Who fed us on the day we were there. More

Bought the truck, took it home, the next day I drive it, I hear the strange noise again and the battery light comes on this time. Took to my friend who's a mechanic and they told me the alternator was overcharging the battery. THEY HAD SOLD ME A TRUCK WITH A BAD ALTERNATOR. So I called them and they forced me to drive all the way back up to Baltimore (I live on the Eastern Shore of MD) to have it fixed and they also TRIED TO BLAME IT ON ME AFTER ONLY HAVING IT FOR 2 DAYS!!!!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND KICK YOU OUT THE DOOR AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!!!! More
