Great purchasing experience I was completely upside down in a car loan. I went to Paramus Honda to see if they could help me. My salesman, Ray Crespo, got me out from underneath I was completely upside down in a car loan. I went to Paramus Honda to see if they could help me. My salesman, Ray Crespo, got me out from underneath that financial situation and put me into a brand new Honda Pilot. Super low pressure and easy to talk to. Once the papers were signs, Omar Saleh in the service department got all my devices sync'd and gave me the crash course on navigating the console. I was in and out in under two hours. They will be my first choice for my next car purchase. More

Sales Consultant, Ray Crespo was very helpful, courteous, and professional in meeting my needs to lease the car of my choice, a Honda EX-L. When the all weather mats weren't installed at the service garage, he went out of his way to install them himself. Alberto Cabrera was very knowledgeable in answering my questions when signed off on the lease. Osvandy was excellent in reviewing all dashboard display items, audio, operation menus, including Blue tooth which I didn't know I had on my phone. Roberto Severino provided the details on the Costco Members only program and the impact it made on the cost. The downside has to do with the extra fees (e.g. DOC, Turn-in) which add to the cost. Buyer must be informed about all costs and what to pay for upfront to reduce monthly interest. More
