Me and my wife have bought 4 vehicles from Bob Bell in the past few years . We have. 2014 Cadillac CTS. We have had a recall on this particular vehicle and contacted them with this issue and was informed the past few years . We have. 2014 Cadillac CTS. We have had a recall on this particular vehicle and contacted them with this issue and was informed that it is a recall with the car . So we was told by the service manager that the part had to be ordered. Then they would contact us as soon as it came in to be scheduled to get repaired. This was in October of 2019 . It is now January 24th 2020 . And still no phone calls from anyone in the service department. And our car is due for emissions and it requires this part to pass . So we both have called to service department multiple times a day and asked to speak to the service manager. But we always get the voice mail and to leave a message. So we both have left messages time after time and still no return of a call from anyone in the service department. It’s sad that we can not get this issue resolved. We are loyal customers but can not get the service we need . Sales are great to deal with but the service side is lacking in customer service in a bad way . I guess I will have to contact someone higher up in or to get our vehicle repaired. We should not have to wait months to get this issue resolved. Hopefully the owners read this and get the situation resolved. I will continue calling every day until someone helps us . Chris J. More

Two visits with no resolve 2015 Tahoe condenser goes. Not covered under warranty because out of miles. National backorder on part. No recall reimbursement and going to take up t 2015 Tahoe condenser goes. Not covered under warranty because out of miles. National backorder on part. No recall reimbursement and going to take up to two months to get it fixed. Asked to call service manager. She never picked up or returned message. xxxx customer service also the site would not work to add so ray Karl is not who I dealt with. It was carol Richardson who did not return my call More

review everyone at Bob Bell has always treated me very well. Bought a new Equinox from Allen Burrill and he was very patient and explained everything in grea everyone at Bob Bell has always treated me very well. Bought a new Equinox from Allen Burrill and he was very patient and explained everything in great detail. He spent alot of time with me selecting the right vehicle. I have called him many times to ask questions and he is always available after the sale. Ray Karl in the service department is just the best there is!! He is very honest and looks out for his customers. He has helped me many times with serious issues and has done everything possible to keep me on the road. More
