My Review of Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air:
Great experience from beginning to end. From Sales to Finance to Service to Lot, all individuals at Bob Bell Chevrolet in Bel Air, Maryland went out of their way to assist us, including delivery of the second new vehicle purchased to our home to complete the sale (with paperwork) due to our daughter's medical condition.

Entire staff willing to assist and make accomodations as possible with extenuating circumstances of a return customer.

Would highly recommend this dealership if you are seeking for one to purchase a new and/or used vehicle. The staff great you with a friendly smile and do not try to "persuade" you if you are unsure.

Will definitely return in future for a new vehicle.

My Review of Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air:
I bought my truck used from this dealer in January 2012 and have had multiple problems with it, most of which have been fixed properly. However my most recent visit was quite the opposite of all the others. Let me start off by saying that the driver's rear wheel off my truck had fallen completely off of the truck the day before and hit another vehicle in traffic. Bob Bell Service was the last one to have had the wheels off of the vehicle when they checked the brakes in February. So I went in to talk to Tom, the manager of the service department. He was walking into the office when I arrived, I immediately stopped him and said, "We have a problem, the wheel fell completely off of my truck last night and your techs were the last ones to have had the wheels off for any reason." He told me that there was over 3000 miles put on the truck since the service and that there is no way the wheel would have stayed on that long, he also stated that I would have had a vibration if it was loose. There was never a vibration in my truck except for about two seconds before the wheel fell off. We went back and forth about it until he finally said, "We aren't even going to entertain this, you can either get out or you will leave in handcuffs." He also told me that I had an attitude from the time I came in, even though I was completely calm and didn't even raise my voice until he said I would leave in handcuffs. I would not recommend this dealer at all for service due to the fact that the technicians cannot even tighten a simple lug nut properly. I would not wish this service department on my worst enemies. They are simply a disgrace to the GM name and to the owner of the dealership. I will continue to buy GM products but never again from this dealer

Easiest and fastest experience ive ever had buying a car, i was in and out in no time. Car was cleaned and in perfect condition, they even returned my tags to the MVA for me. I couldnt have asked for more.

My Review of Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air:
I purchased the second car I ever bought from them about a year ago and purchased the major guard protection...about three weeks ago my car started driving funny, like not getting enough accelaration and it is shakey when I go up hills. So I took it to Bob bell calling first and told them that I'm experiencing engine troubles and I wanted to drop it off and since I live so far away I needed a rental car (all of which was covered by the major guard protection). The first thing they did was try to tell me that those things weren't covered in the protection plan which I had the paper work in my hand and read it to them verbatime. Then after having my car for three days they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and I should keep driving it until the problem gets worse. So no less than a week later I'm driving home on the highway and my car starts to stall and lag going up a hill almost causing an accident and I happen to be seven monthes pregnant so I went home furious and called them back and said the problem is worse and the check engine light is now on. They acted smug and rude. I'm taking the car back for the second time tomorrow to give them a chance to redeem themselves and already had a friend check the code and found out that its a misfire code in the fourth cyclinder as a chef I shouldn't know more about cars then my mechanic.

when you go to BoB Bell Chevrolet , you get the warm feeling of that they truely care, I had a problem with my Tahoe and after serverral visits to "other" local dealers he took it upon his self to solve my problems, no I will call GM , or I will get back to you, he made a decision and stuck with it.. My Review of Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air:
My wife and I went to Bob Bell to get more information on the new Chevy Volt. Our salesman was Mr. Cadenhead, who knew essentially every possible aspect of the Volt but also it's competitors. My wife and I were undecided on whether to buy a Prius or a Volt, but now we know the Chevy better meets our needs, and the price is right. Mr Cadenhead's enthusiasm for the Volt was a very pleasant surprise, as most salesmen I've met have only a passing knowledge of the product they sell and even less for the car business. Kudos to Bob Bell Chevy!
