I started car shopping over a month ago, and Rob has been wonderful through and through! I wasn't ready to buy for a few weeks but Rob kept his eye out for deals and politely contacted me once a week to make sure I was still car shopping BUT he wasn't pushy at all. Tony was able to finance me even though I've been turned down before because I have been through a divorce. Exceptional service, and proud to be part of the Bob Bell family!

Everyone at Bob Bell Chevrolet are VERY friendly and inviting. A special thanks goes out to the salesman, Dave Staigerwald, for helping me get into my new 2013 Spark. He's a nice guy and did what he could to help me out. I recommend getting your new or slightly used car here. Defiantly a 5 STAR dealership! :)

My Review Of Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air:

I traveled from Frederick County to purchase my previously owned Jeep Commander in August and we soon discovered some of the features were not working properly. While this could have turned into a very negative experience, Jim Bishop and Ray in service have been wonderful in accommodating my schedule and making travel arrangements for me while having my vehicle worked on. I am very pleased to say everything is now functional! The Bob Bell Chevrolet staff are very nice and customer oriented. You don't find that everywhere especially when you run into difficulties... I have no regrets making the 90 minute drive to purchase the vehicle there and plan to have it serviced there in the future!

Mike was great! From test drive until the final bit of paperwork was signed, we were in and out in under 2 hours! Mike Beck was wonderful and went out of his way to be accommodating. We bought a Nissan Pathfinder last year at Bob Bell in Eastpoint and they were fabulous too. I cannot say enough good about this dealership! You actually make car buying a real pleasure. We also appreciated Mike giving us a gift card to Silver Spring Mining Co, as we had to wait almost a half hour for the car to get cleaned before we drove home. Real great customer service!!!
